HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

 Please allow 3-7 business days for processing your order. After this processing time, your order will be ready to ship out.

It usually takes 2 weeks for shipping to the US and 2-3 weeks for international shipping, depending on your location. However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 1 month. Also, at peak delivery times such as the Christmas season in December, delivery may take longer than normal. It depends what you purchased/where you live! WHY DID I RECEIVE SEVERAL TRACKING NUMBERS? / WHY DIDN’T ALL OF MY ITEMS COME IN THE SAME PACKAGE?

We do our best to source the most unique and innovative products at the best possible prices. Because of this, we often ship directly from our suppliers’ warehouses, which are located internationally in US, Canada and China.  This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item earlier than another. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at the same time – your other items are on the way! If you do not receive all items in your order within 8 weeks, please contact us and we’ll look into your shipment for you.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 Yes! We’re happy to ship to the majority of countries worldwide. Please note that due to the different postal services in different countries, shipping times can vary. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.

 

OOPS I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER!

For any cancellations, modifications, or changes that need to be made to your order, please note that we are only able to proceed with the request if your order has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to cancel or change anything in your order, please contact us via email myBabynadstore@gmail.com by 11:59PM EST the same day order was placed. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

 Although items for sale on our store are final sale, we are more than happy to accommodate refunds on all products that arrive defective, broken, or otherwise not in usable condition. Products being returned for a refund due to defect must be unworn/unused, in their original condition and be sent back with their original packaging.

As mentioned above, at the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item’s size, design, spelling, etc. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

 

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS NOT UPDATING?

For items that ship from our overseas suppliers, (including most of our non-t-shirt, mug, and hoodie items) there’s typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters postal facilities in China to the time it’s processed at the local postal facilities in your country. During non-peak times, this typically takes less than 5 days, but during peak shipping times it can take as long as 8-12 days, or over two weeks in extreme situations. These delays are out of our control and typically due to customs, weather incidents, or postal service backlogs.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR A SMALLER SIZE?

 All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to use the provided size charts and compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. If there are no measurements or you want more information about a specific product, please email us and we’ll be happy to provide more information!

Although we don’t offer refunds for items that aren’t the correct size (for more info please see our Refunds & Exchanges page), if the item you receive doesn’t fit perfectly, we offer two options:

You can return the item to our warehouse and, once received and inspected, we can ship out a replacement item in the correct size. You are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item, and you need to contact us at myBabynadstore@gmail.com before you attempt to return the item so that we can give you the correct return address and any necessary instructions

You can keep the original item and we can send you a replacement in a new size at a significantly reduced price, essentially what it costs for us to manufacture and ship the item to you (i.e. we make no profit). You can then keep the original item and give it away as a gift to a family member or friend, etc.

Many customers choose the second option as it is a bit quicker and can be less expensive than paying for return shipping if you didn’t pay for your order with PayPal, but both options are available.

Although we do our best to source the best quality products for our customers, unfortunately unexpected issues or damage can take place while your package is in transit.

If this does happen and you receive a defective/damaged item, just send us an email at myBabynadstore@gmail.com, let us know what happened, and please make sure to attach photos/videos that clearly show the issue. Once we see what’s going on, we’ll be happy to help!
